We reserve the right to cancel/refund any and all orders received without notice. Full refunds are given, where applicable.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on perishable goods such as food, supplements, disposable vapes or liquids where the packaging seal is not intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your receipt is your warranty.
Our warranty is 30 days from the date of purchase.
You may exchange or return unused items in their original, unopened and undamaged condition for up to 14 days
To claim a refund or replacement, you must return the item to us.
When returning an item, we recommend you send it via registered/tracked and insured delivery.
Warranty does NOT extend to supplements, liquids, vapes and other disposable items.
Some devices come with a manufacturer warranty. If you wish to use the manufacturer warranty when our warranty ends, contact the product manufacturer. We do not do this on your behalf.
