Refund & Returns

Your receipt is your warranty.

All purchases come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Returns

You have 14 days from purchase to request a return. After that, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Be in the original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, supplements)
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Important: Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • The item is returned after 14 days

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@celticwellness.ie

Shipping Returns

Return items by contacting us at info@celticwellness.ie.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • For expensive items, use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance
  • Refunds for returns will deduct return shipping costs
