a) Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of pricing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud).

b) Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods through WooCommerce.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing.

c) Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

d) Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return unused, unopened products for a refund (under EU consumer law).

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

4. Digital Services & Subscriptions

  • If we offer digital products or subscriptions, access is granted per the terms of purchase.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle.

5. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

6. Limitation of Liability
